GOLF CARTS
Golf carts, ATVs, etc. are a
safety hazard and may not
be used during Fair week
unless
pre-approved
and
licensed by the Fair Office.
Proof of insurance is required and
adults
only
may use the carts following approval.

SET-UP
Several barns need parents and club members to set up
stalls. Please help in your barn at the following times:
Swine: Wed. 6:30 p.m.
Sheep: Wed. 6:30 p.m.
Dairy: Wed. 7:00 p.m.
Poultry: Wed. 6:30 p.m.
CAMPING
SITES WITH 50 AMP SERVICE: $175.

IN THE EXHIBIT BUILDING
Youth livestock exhibitors (not Cloverbuds) and their parents/guardians must arrive before the drawing begins. Applications will not
be available after the drawing starts. Each parent of a youth livestock exhibitor drawing for a site may hold one application only; no
refunds if number is drawn. The Lottery will be held in the Exhibit Bldg. The "Lease A Lot" program is determined by a wait list. Check
with Fair Office for availability.
FAIR ENTRIES
DEADLINE IS
FRIDAY,
JUNE 17 AT 5:00 P.M.
After that you may enter the following Monday, June 20th and Tuesday, June 21st for an additional $50.00, on
Wednesday, June 22nd and Thursday, June 23rd for an additional $75.00 and Friday, June 24th at 4 p.m. for an
additional $100.00. After Friday, June 24th at 4 p.m., no entries will be accepted for any reason. Changes and
additions are not accepted after the deadline. Go to

The $3 fee

Online entries will only be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 17th.
